Hey there! My name is Irene and I am so glad you are here!

As a certified holistic health and wellness coach, a chiropractic assistant and a mom of two amazing girls, it is my desire to see women, especially moms live their best lives in the healthiest way possible. I strongly believe in the power of the body to recreate itself given the right tools. I am passionate about teaching moms how to build and sustain healthy habits. With the proper tools, you can navigate daily life in order to move from surviving to thriving! Let’s journey together!

Who is a wellness coach?

Embarking on a journey to well-being is like planting a tree. You start with a small seed (your desire to feel and function better). That seed needs nurturing (the right soil, sunlight, and water) to grow into a mighty tree. As your holistic health and wellness coach, I'm here to provide that nurturing.

What does it entail?

This journey is not just about changing habits, but about evolving into the best version of yourself. We'll work together, reassessing your needs, tweaking your plan, and celebrating your wins. My role is to be your cheerleader, your guide, your partner in this journey.

How do we work?

We'll explore your physical, social, spiritual, and psychological goals. We'll talk about what you eat, how you move, how you relax, and how you connect with others. We'll craft a personalized wellness plan that feels like a soft, warm blanket rather than a pair of tight, uncomfortable shoes.
